GENERAL CONDITIONS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
The General Conditions expressly regulate the relations arising between INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, C/ Gomis, 29 - 33 08023 BARCELONA, SPAIN, and CIF B61152500 (hereinafter, "INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL,") and third (hereinafter " Users ") who are registered as users and / or purchase products through the online store official website INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL (http://WWW.TODO-CONTROL.com", hereinafter the "Shop ").
Resolution of online litigation under Article 14. 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013: Through the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ the European Commission makes available a online litigation resolution platform (RLL).
1. USER OBLIGATIONS
1.1 The User is obliged, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and use each of the services of the shop diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and shall also refrain from using them in any way that may impede, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Shop by Users or that could injure or cause damage to property and rights of INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL suppliers, users or in general any third party.
2. PRODUCTS AND RATES
2.1 INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL reserves the right to decide in each moment, the Products that are offered to users through the store. In particular, INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL may at any time add new products to those offered or included in the store, being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new products shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms. Also, INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access to and use at any time and without notice of any of the various types of products offered at the store.
2.2 The Products listed in the store match as faithfully as possible web technology allows. The characteristics of the products and prices are listed in the store. The prices indicated in the Shop are in Euros and do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3. PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT OF GOODS
3.1 The maximum period of four (24) working hours, INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, will send an email to the user confirming the purchase. The email will assign a reference code of the purchase, and detailing the characteristics of the product, price, shipping costs and details of the options for the payment of the Goods.
3.2 The User who purchases a product through the store must pay through payment systems specifically listed in the Store.
3.3 INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL archives electronic documents formalizing the contract, with a copy to the user after purchase is made. The contract will be in Spanish.
3.4 The order confirmation sent by INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, is invalid as a bill, just as proof of purchase. INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL will send the invoice with the Product.

4.1.1 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify us of his / her decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or e-mail) to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACION, S.L., C/ Gomis 29-33 08023 Barcelona-Spain; telf.: (+34)93 4542006; fax: (+34) 93 3237059; email: email@example.com
This unequivocal statement must be send to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN, S.L. refering date of withdrawal; complete name, ID and address of the user; the purchase order number and the user's signature (in the case of postal mail, fax or direct store delivery).
4.1.2 The user must return or deliver directly the goods to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACION, S.L., C / Gomis 29-33 08023 Barcelona-Spain; telf .: (+34) 93 4542006, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the end of that period.
The direct cost of returning the goods is assumed by the user.
The goods to be returned must be properly packaged for return (packaging suitable for transport by agency).
4.1.3 In case of withdrawal by the user, all payments received will be returned, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the user's choice of a different delivery mode to the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to cancel the purchase. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
We can retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until the user has presented a proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
4.1.4 The user will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods delivered. In this case the right of withdrawal is applied but the refund is not 100% of all payments made by the user, and will be reduced by the corresponding amount.
4.2 EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal will not apply to purchases / contracts of goods and services included in the following cases:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his/her part that he/she is aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he7she will have lost his/her right of withdrawal.
c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.
h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the employer to visit him/her to carry out repair or urgent maintenance operations; if, in that visit, the employer provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
5.1 For any incident, claim or exercise of their rights, the User may send an email to the address CONSULTAS@TODO-CONTROL.COM.
6. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
6.1 The geographical area of sales through the store is worldwide (exception for countries with economic sanctions for wich no economic transaction is permitted). Products purchased through the store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the user after verification of payment, to be delivered later than the thirty (30) days set by default by Law. Clients can also choose the option "Pick up in store" (either physically in store or sending their own carrier), in which case the store remains exempt of any transport and delivery responsabilities.
6.2 The delivery service INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, is in collaboration with several prestigious logistics operators. Do not process orders to PO boxes or other non-permanent addresses.
6.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. In all products description, the client as the possibility of shpping charges simulation by choosing the delivery town/city. At the time of purchase, the user will be informed of the exact cost of shipping.
7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
7.1 The User acknowledges that all the items in the store and each of the products, information and material contained therein, trademarks, structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of content, and computer programs used in relationship with them, are protected by intellectual property rights and industrial own INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, or third parties, and the General Conditions do not confer rights on such intellectual property any other rights other than those specifically provided therein.
7.2 Unless authorized by INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, or possibly by other owners of rights concerned, or unless it is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, alter, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, make available or accessible to the public through any means of communication to any of the elements referred to above. The user must use the materials, elements and information to which access through the use of the shop only for their own needs, not to make any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of materials, elements and information obtained through them.
7.3 The User shall refrain from evading or manipulating any technical standards set by INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, or third parties in the Store.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 In compliance with 25th May 2018 Regulations on Data Protection Act, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided by the registration form as well as from transactions, will be included and kept in a file for processing, property INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN, SL, while not requested cancellation. The treatment is intended for the development and execution of the sale, as well as offering of personalized products and own services comercialized by INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACION, S.L.

8.2 The User may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by contacting INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL , calle Gomis 29-33 08023 BARCELONA, SPAIN or by e-mail to ADMIN@TODO-CONTROL.COM, enclosing a copy of your ID or substitute identity document.
8.3 The responses marked with * in the registration form are obligatory.

The User agrees to notify INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN SL, immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and access by unauthorized parties to it.
10.2 If the User does not wish to be placed in a cookie on your hard disk, you must configure your Internet browser software to not receive them. Similarly, the user may destroy the free cookies. If you decide to disable cookies, quality and speed of service can reduce or even lose access to some of the services offered at the store.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the performance that might arise concerning the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this contract is subject to the Jurisdiction and Powers of the Courts of the City of Barcelona, renouncing the jurisdiction which could correspond User provided that the applicable law so permits.
