HONEYWELL FLAME AND COMBUSTION CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR A SAFE INSTALLATION

At www.Todo-Control.com, we offer a complete range of Honeywell flame and combustion control products designed to ensure maximum safety and efficiency in heating systems and industrial processes. These devices are essential in burners, boilers, furnaces, and other combustion equipment where continuous and reliable flame monitoring is required.

KEY HONEYWELL FLAME CONTROL MODELS

We work with key references from Honeywell’s official catalog such as the EC/RM7850A flame controllers and the EC/RM7890A, widely used in industrial applications thanks to their reliability, compatibility with different types of sensors, and advanced safety features. Both models provide automatic ignition sequence control, continuous flame monitoring, and shutdown in case of failure, complying with the most demanding regulations.

You will also find amplifiers such as the R7849A1026, designed to work with UV detectors like the C7027A1049, one of the best-selling models due to its excellent performance in harsh industrial environments. Thanks to its compact and durable design, this detector is ideal for installations in confined spaces or high-temperature conditions.

ADVANTAGES OF USING HONEYWELL COMPONENTS IN YOUR COMBUSTION SYSTEM

All Honeywell products we offer have been selected for their reliability, durability, and ease of integration. Incorporating these devices into your system allows you to:

  • Prevent ignition failures and detect combustion issues in real time.
  • Comply with European safety regulations for thermal installations.
  • Carry out more efficient and precise preventive maintenance.
  • Reduce energy costs and extend equipment lifespan.

Frequently asked questions about Honeywell flame control

Which reference replaces Honeywell R4343 and R4348 flame relays?

Depending on the power supply and the cell (detector), Honeywell R4343 and R4348 flame relays can be replaced by FDU510 relays from Kromschröeder or Honeywell EC/RM7823 relays. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

Which flame detector can replace Honeywell C7012?

The entire Honeywell C7012 flame detector series has been discontinued (both the sensor and its components) and can be replaced by Honeywell C7061 detectors. In most cases, this involves changing the amplifier, so it is necessary to know the controller used to determine the correct amplifier. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

What is the difference between Honeywell C7035 and C7027 flame detectors?

C7035 flame detectors are more versatile in case of replacement or cell failure, as they allow replacing the UV lamp or sensor tube 129464M and 129464N. C7027 detectors offer higher IP protection as they are sealed (the lamp cannot be replaced; in case of failure, the entire cell must be replaced). In terms of temperature, both series have similar operating ranges.

When should the C7061 flame detector be used instead of C7027/C7035?

When the furnace or burner operates continuously for more than 24 hours, regulations require equipment to be self-checking. The C7061 cell, together with its corresponding amplifier, is designed for this application.

What is the Siemens equivalent of the Honeywell C7027 flame detector?

The Siemens QRA4.U flame detector is the equivalent model to Honeywell’s C7027. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

What to do in case of flame detector failure?

In most cases, when a flame detector stops working, the issue is the UV lamp or sensor tube. Honeywell C7035 and C7061 detectors use models 129494M or 129464N (depending on temperature).

Siemens flame detectors depend on sensitivity. QRA2 and QRA10 use AGR450211310, while QRA2M, QRA10M.C, QRA53/55, and QRA73/75 use AGR450240650 lamps.

Siemens QRA4.U and Honeywell C7027 detectors are sealed. In case of failure, the entire cell must be replaced.

If you have any questions, contact us through our contact page.

Which reference replaces the Honeywell RA890 flame relay series?

All Honeywell RA890 flame relays are obsolete and are replaced by the EC/RM7890 series. Each model has its corresponding replacement. If you still have questions, contact us through the contact page.
